In this workshop Sara shares her tips for writing about yourself. Together we will create 6 different bios that can be used for a wide range of occasions. By breaking down the process into bite sized pieces, Sara guides you through the writing process, so you can write a personalized bio that makes you stand out from the crowd.
Your Instructor

Sara Shrapnell spent 12 years teaching, performing and hosting events in the UK before moving to the Bay Area of San Francisco in 2011. Her classes are known for their humor, detailed breakdowns and cultural context. She adapts her lessons to suit the dancers, their needs and aims. Students who have studied with Sara have gone on to teach and perform in all styles of belly dance and many have made their living through performance or teaching. Sara’s books “Teaching Belly Dance” and “Becoming a Belly Dancer: From Student to Stage” are available on Amazon.
